This is where a structured abstract database focusing history of travel will be soon. It will cover papers and monographs by Czech scholars, published mainly in Czech, German, and Italian, and mainly in Czech journals. Therefore, in contrast to their great scholarly and informational value, they are hardly accessible to international audience and general public.

This annotated bibliography will be the first step to change this unfavourable situation. We build upon the search engine Knihovny.cz by Moravian Library, which allows users to find a monograph or a paper, get its citation, a link to the digital copy in digitized or digitally published, and a link to the institution´s catalogue where the hard copy is stored.
